Classes are one hour long and utilise a combination of the Pilates machines, which includes reformers, towers, wunda chairs, ladder barrel, spine corrector, Fuse Ladder and smaller apparatus to provide you a systematically choreographed, full body workout.  This class allows for different exercises to be modified in their range of difficulty from beginner to advanced and are changed for each individual so as to facilitate the needs of each person’s body.  Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions itself and adapts to the exercises.  The repertoire of exercises that can be performed on the equipment is endless, meaning that you will never become bored with your program.
