​Private & Semi-Private Class Cancellations

24 business hours notice is required to cancel Private or Semi-Private classes or you will lose your class fee. If you no-show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full price of the session.

Hygiene

For hygiene purposes, socks must be worn at all times during your class. Specialised Pilates grip socks are available from the studio for $25 per pair.

Notifications

We don’t send reminders, please note your own booking in your schedule.

Waitlist

If a class is fully booked, we can add your name to the wait list.

Mobile Phone Policy

We aim to create a quiet, peaceful, and distraction-free Pilates practice space. We kindly ask you to silence your phone when you arrive at the studio so you (and the others around you) can be fully present for the session.

Class & Package Expiration

All classes and packages are valid for 3 months from the date you purchase it. Packages are non-transferrable, but can be put on hold for travel or medical reasons by request and approval.

Payments & Refunds

We pride ourselves on not having memberships, direct debits or lock in contracts and only pay for classes you book.  All sales are non-refundable. Class fees are payable on your last paid class (this is to secure your class for the following week).
