WHAT TO BRING
It is important that your instructor can see your body alignment and identify engaged muscles in order to perfect your technique. We recommend wearing tight-fitting yet breathable clothing that you can move and stretch in. Please also bring water to keep re-hydrated. For hygiene purposes, socks must be worn at all times during your class. Specalised Pilates grip socks are available from the studio for $23 per pair, if you forget to bring some.
Reservations and Cancellations
All classes are by appointment only. To avoid disappointment you must reserve a space in each class you wish to attend as there are strictly limited places, we pride ourselves on this so we can deliver the highest quality Pilates instruction. All classes must be pre-paid before attending. Classes must be used within a 3 month period and will expire upon that date.
We operate a strict 24 hour notice of cancellation, otherwise fees may be forfeited.
