Ocean Pilates® was established in January 2008 located close to Warnbro Sound beach, Safety Bay, WA and is a purely dedicated boutique Pilates Studio.  

Our objective is to provide a refreshing approach to the Pilates Method, focus is on the Pilates Principles, Concentration, Control, Centring, Precision, Breath and Flowing movement. Whether you are an elite athlete, are in need of injury rehabilitation or looking for general fitness.  

Pilates Overview 

Pilates is an all over body conditioning work-out, concentrating on developing core muscular strength. Pilates will improve posture, streamline your shape, increase flexibility, develop stamina and endurance and release tension within the body.  

Pilates is proven to assist individuals with rehabilitation requirements from illness and injury, it can also invigorate and energise the body though improved breathing and a mind-body focus that stimulates circulation and enhanced body awareness.  The practice of the Pilates breathing technique combined with specific exercises holds multiple benefits such as correct postural alignment, balance, control, co-ordination, relaxation and general well-being.  The Pilates method of exercise has always emphasised quality over quantity.
