Our aim is to provide the highest quality Pilates instruction, consistent, enjoyable and satisfying Pilates classes, with a highly personalised service.

We offer small group equipment Pilates classes and cater for individuals who need rehabilitation, including postural alignment and symmetry, spine and bone health, sport specific training, or individuals looking to add Pilates as part of a healthy lifestyle.
When you start practicing Pilates with us you will feel more flexibility, gain strength, reduce pain you may feel in your body and move freer, aiding functional daily movement.
Pilates is an excellent form of exercise to complement your current exercise regime, or to start one.
Our qualified and passionate instructors will design a programme unique to your individual needs and goals, utilising many of the different apparatue we have.
The studio is exceptionally well appointed, with beautiful high quality Pilates equipment, in a tranquil, light and airy setting. The equipment you will learn to use includes, Reformers, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Fuse Ladder, Spine Corrector and High Barrel. So you will never get board moving with us.

The beauty of Pilates is that it works for everybody. Suitable for all ages and abilities, Pilates benefits both your physical and mental well-being, by moving the body in all ranges, with correct alignment and utilising the breath to help with the movement. For those of you with injuries or special conditions, we will work with you to ensure movement without pain, and only work in your pain-free range. You will be guided every step of the way in your Pilates journey, with only a maximum of 4 clients in any class. Each movement is demonstrated, explained before you practice and move yourself.
If you would prefer a class on your own we also provide duet and private sessions, for those clients who may not want to be in a group environment.
OUR SPECIALTY IS SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES
Semi-private classes are our specialty, because they are tailor-made to suit your needs, unlike large group classes.
In our classes you will perform exercises specific to your individual needs, which can be changed at a moments notice to suit your body.
These classes help build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced, rehabilitation to athlete. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.
Your needs are as individual as you are. As a minimum you will need to book in for an initial consultation, so we can assess your body and requirements, and identify the best piece of apparatus for you.
We would recommend booking in for one of our studio packages, where you will have at least two private classes before joining a group environment, unless you choose the private or duet route.
With the studio package this includes 5 sessions, the first two being private, this gives us a chance to get to know you, your body and your goals. Your initial private session will include a short postural assessment and an exercise routine that teaches you the principles of Pilates with some basic exercises. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to experience and feel different movements, muscle activation's and bone placement. Your instructor will then develop a personalised programme to suit your needs that you will follow in your subsequent private or studio sessions.
We also provide you complimentary lesson plans for your home practice, along with video tutorials as a visual guide. This is specific to you and your needs and we will help you acheive your goals, weather that is to increase flexibility, strengthen your core muscles or to move easier in daily life, we are here to help and guide you at every step of the way.
All our classes are an hour long, with no lock in contracts or direct debits. Your Pilates goals and journey is our main focus, we create and encourage a fun and flexible Pilates programme, over a multitude of equipment options. We offer men only classes and only focus on semi-private classes, duet or private sessions. All our bookings are carried out in person, not via a faceless online booking system.
