Getting Started

Your needs are as individual as you are, to start we recommend at least 2 private sessions. This gives us a chance to get to know you, your body and your goals.

Your initial private session will include a short postural assessment and an exercise routine that teaches you the principles of Pilates with some basic exercises. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to experience and feel different movements and muscle activations. Your instructor will then develop a personalised program to suit your needs that you will follow in your subsequent private or studio sessions.


Studio Pilates - Private and Semi-Private Classes

The initial consultation runs for 1 hour and is a pre-requisite for private and semi-private classes, which utilises a combination of all of the Pilates apparatus.  

Studio Package 1 is great for those who are injury free or carrying only minor injuries.

Studio Package 2 is perfect for those who are looking to manage specific or more complex injuries that will allow you more one on one time with your instructor before you can move into semi-private classes.

Reformer Fitness Classes

This class is based only on the reformer machine and is a challenging face paced class, there is a maximum of 4 clients per session.  Classes are run as a block of 6 sessions.

This type of class is NOT suitable for people who are injured, pregnant or in pain.  


Reservations and Cancellations

All classes are by appointment only.  To avoid disappointment you must reserve a space in each class you wish to attend as there are strictly limited places, we pride ourselves on this so we can deliver the highest quality Pilates instruction.  All classes must be pre-paid before attending.

We operate a strict 24 hour notice of cancellation, otherwise fees may be forfeited.


What to Bring

It is important that your instructor can see your body alignment and identify engaged muscles in order to perfect your technique. We recommend wearing tight-fitting yet breathable clothing that you can move and stretch in. Please also bring water to keep re-hydrated.  For hygiene purposed, socks must be worn at all times during your class. Specalised Pilates grip socks are available from the studio for $23 per pair, if you forget to bring some.
